At this panel, hosted by CEE’s Colleen Phillips-Davis, learn about actions, tactics and strategies to build career paths for Black talent.

To build capacity on and awareness around developing Black talent in the workplace, Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) will be hosting its second Black History Month (BHM) panel discussion. The panel discussion aims to showcase CEE as a leader in thought leadership around culture change in EDI-R in the talent space.

The theme, ‘Building a career path for Black talent’, aims to drive meaningful conversations around actions and tactics to develop Black talent in their workforce. These discussions will provide insights for employers looking to help navigate career progress for emerging talent like co-op students in their organizations. For co-students, it will help set expectations of what to look for in an organization when making career decisions.
